  Version 3.16:
  +Added a "Debug..." feature in the context menu for bars and groups. This opens a log window that you can use to monitor various activities of the object.
  +Fixed a race condition that caused the plugin to have a stale skills list if skill-related conditionals were executed near-simultaneously with a trait tree change. This would only be an issue for bars that are continuously evaluating such conditionals in the background.
  +Minor code cleanup, removing unnecessary formal parameters in function definitions.
