  v4.20 - Updated KragenBars.plugin, KragenBars.readme.txt and KragenBars/Main.lua with v4.20;
  - Updated LoreBars.lua to set Pet Food slot to out of combat only and to change EW on Ancient Wisdom to 85%;
  - Updated MiniBars.lua to add option to select which buff triggers effects on Ballad of Composure and Ballad of Flame; Added trapping for Improved Tale of Battle and Improved Tale of Warding; Fixed Improved Herald's Strike hex value to the right version to remove exploit;
  - Updated RuneBars.lua to set Abrupt/Final Words to combat only and added attunement for Glorious Foreshadowing
