  Version 3.21:
  + Can now optionally view the grid, which can be useful for laying out UI elements on the screen. Click the "eye" icon next to "Snap to Grid" in the Global Settings.
  + When moving a bar, an anchor icon now shows the anchor point relative to which the bar is positioned.
  + Common file updates for compatibility with my other plugins.
