  Reminders version 3.00:
  + Added support for rotations. For example, you can say that a quest is on a 3-day rotation and is available on a certain day within that 3-day repeating interval.
  + Added option to turn off the display of "‡" and "†" denoting machine-translated and untranslated text.
  + ExpireTimeDialog: OK button will now be disabled for dates prior to the current date, even if it's a prior year.
  + QuestRepeatedDialog: "Remind me" button has been renamed to "OK". "Now" checkbox has been replaced by either "Create reminder now" or "Update reminder now" depending on whether the target reminder exists and the "auto refresh" option is enabled.
  + Nudger: The up and down arrows will now be visible only if the current value isn't at the upper and lower limit, respectively.
  + Utils_x.lua: Added a couple of misc utility functions.
  + AutoSizing_x.lua: Added support for Turbine.UI.Lotro.CheckBox and Turbine.UI.Lotro.Button.
  + AutoSizing_x.lua: Improved support for Turbine.UI.Control. You can now select whether to resize according to the background or the child controls.
  + Zoomer_x.lua: Zoomers now leave a visible trail that fades out over a specified period (0.25 s by default).
