  - Rewrote Setup windows to use standardized calls and tables for elements. This has changed the checkbox, quickslot, and combobox references as well as functions to set/get the elements.
  - Updated BurglarBars.lua to work with new Setup windows.
  - Added function to CheckBox.lua to set name, checked active in one call.
