  - Created SetupGlobals.lua and separated global options and button bars tabs. Added additional row of checkboxes and configured checkbox for Advance on Rtclick
  - Updated SetupButtonBars.lua to remove Global Options
  - Updated SetupWindow.lua with Global Options tab
  - Updated __init__.lua with new SetupGlobals.lua
  - Updated ClassBar.lua with changes to SetupGlobals.lua objects.
