  + Moved "Bar -> Position" menu to "Bar -> Settings -> Position".
  + Renamed "Position -> Lock position" to "Position -> Draggable" to reflect the fact that the bar can still be moved (if a containing group has "bars move together" enabled), just not by direct dragging.
  + Fixed a bug that prevented bars from moving together if there were other groups between them and the group with "bars move together" enabled.
  + Added "(inherited from <group>)" after "bars move together" in group settings (if inherited).
