  - Updated KragenBars.plugin and Main.lua with v3.20. Added code to Main.lua for settings.language and version checking to add that variable to existing users prior to v3.20.
  - Updated MiniBars.lua, HunterBars.lua, RuneBars.lua, LoreBars.lua with settings.language combobox in ShowSetup and SetupClosing. Changed above to reference self.effectlist[] in preparation for translation.
  - Added combolangbox to SetupButtonBars.lua.
